One of the best yoga studios on west side. Kyle Miller and Sally Smith’s Katonah yoga will bring your perspective on alignment to a whole new level. I prefer this place than any studio in SF, where I now live. The design of this studio is also lovable and many teachers have big instagram following

The owner is so shady and money hungry. There is no diversity there at all.

This is my favorite yoga studio in Los Angeles. The teachers are all excellent and their knowledge of alignment and keeping students safe is top-notch! Classes are an hour long, perfect for my busy schedule. The space itself is beautiful, peaceful, and inviting - a cozy sanctuary for anyone looking to escape the craziness of the city!

This is my favourite studio in LA and I've tried many! The teachers are extremely attentive and caring, providing excellent adjustments and intelligent pacing and instruction. Sian's class in particular is thoughtful and inspiring. I always leave feeling stronger and wiser.
